Party and Sparkle are a creative and friendly face painting and entertainment company, based in Hertfordshire covering the South East region.
Created by sisters Courtney and Jodie who have over 15 years of experience working within the children's entertainment industry.
Their passion started solely with children's face painting and over the years has evolved into other creative areas.
With a range of experience and knowledge of the industry, Party and Sparkle will ensure your event is in safe hands.
